Today is January 16th.
What does that mean?
This is Blue Monday which is considered to be the most depressing day of the year. According to Cliff Arnell, commissioned by a travel agency to find the most miserable day of the year, this is it because the weather sucks, you are broke, Christmas cheer ended in December and people are now receiving their bills in the mail outlining all of the overspending they did over the holidays.
It is also, according to Tony Robbins, a tough day because January 15th is the day most of us realize we have not maintained our New Year’s resolutions.
If you are finding it tough today, watch Tony’s video. I like the way he has profiled success as progress, not a finite finish line.
